This craft cocktail can be found at one of my favorite French bistros in NYC, Milk & Roses. This libation is the perfect summer sip. A refreshing gin cocktail featuring fresh flavors from beet juice, ginger, lemon and mint. Gin, itself, got it's start in Holland in the early 17th century, first sold as a medicinal botanical to cure stomach pains, gout and gallstones. Today, gin has become a key liquor in the craft cocktail revolution.
